Have you ordered the wrong size or want to change the style? That is not a problem! You have 30 days after receiving your original order to exchange your ring.
Our products all come with a Lifetime Warranty. If you have any problems with your items, you can submit a claim to have them repaired or replaced.
*Please keep in mind that rings returned for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may incur a 50% re-stocking fee.
Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost.
Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (help@brother-and-sisters.com) and we will work with you to make things right.
*Please note that once you order a personalized item we begin working on it within 6 hours so we cannot accept cancellations of personalized orders if more than 6 hours passed after you placed the order .

When will my new exchange order arrive?
Once we get your package back, please give our returns department 2-4 business days to process your exchange. Once your exchange order has been processed, it will ship the next business day, and our shipping policy will tell you how long it will take to get to you. When we process your order, we will send you a new order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.
How long do I have to return my things?
You have 30 days from the date your original order was delivered to send the package back to us. For our returns department to accept a return, the package must have been mailed within the 30-day window. After an exchange, this window does not start over.
Can I send the thing I just bought back and get my money back?
Yes, you may return any new or unworn item for a refund up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. Start the process now at the top of this page; please note that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are nonrefundable.
How long will it be until I get my money back?
Once your return package has been received, please give our returns department 2-4 business days to process it and send your refund confirmation email. After the funds have been processed, it will take your bank about 3-5 business days to show up in your account. Please keep in mind that Shop Pay/PayPal refunds may not show up for up to two weeks.
Can I get my order's taxes and duties back? (Non-European customers only)
The taxes collected at checkout are used to cover duty charges on imports and are non-refundable upon delivery confirmation of your original order.
How long can I return items for a full refund?
You have 30 days from the date of original order delivery to return your item for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the return package must have a postmark date within the 30 day period. This window does not reset after each submission of a return.
Is there any fees for returns or exchanges?
There are no fees for returns that are in new, unworn condition. All you have to do is pay for the shipping to return the item(s). We will pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the exchange order to you, as well as any duty charges for Non-European customers. If any items are returned in worn condition, a 50% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or invoiced along with your new exchange order before it is processed.
What is the most cost-effective method of returning my package?
For French customers, we advise returning your package via tracking mail from La Poste. For all other clients, we advise sending your package back via tracked packet delivery through your nation's postal service. Keep your receipt until you get an email confirming your exchange or refund; there is no need to send us the return tracking number.
