We have you covered whether you get an item with a manufacturing flaw, run into a problem while wearing it, or just need your item resized!
Production Errors
Any manufacturing flaws in our jewelry are covered by our Lifetime Warranty at no additional cost to you. To begin the claim process if you think there was a manufacturing defect with your item, send us an email at help@brother-and-sisters.com with the details listed below.

- Your name, the order number, or the email address you used to make the purchase.
Our team will give further instructions on how to proceed after receiving this data and having a chance to examine the item's conditions.
Maintenance & Repairs
We recognize how precious your jewelry is to you and that, like all fine jewelry, it may be impacted by events unrelated to the manufacturing process. Rings are susceptible to damage because they are constantly in use on our hands. There's no need to be concerned because, for a small service charge, our Lifetime Warranty also covers all of our products' non-manufacturing-related repairs and sizing services.

The Small Print.
It's critical to remember that not all claims will be regarded as manufacturing flaws. The following are just a few instances of typical jewelry problems that aren't considered manufacturing flaws:
- Fading or discoloration brought on by contact with harsh chemicals present in common household products, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or sweating.
- Items that have been accidentally damaged or that have been bent, caught, or worn out due to normal wear.
- Stones falling out as a result of wear-related chipping, bent prongs, or misshaped settings.
Please be aware that items that are lost or stolen are not covered by our warranty.
Please be aware that any upkeep, repairs, sizing changes, or other services like soldering made by someone other than Brother & Sisters void the product's warranty.
