Sits still while I type, which the bangles I have never do. The knot is smaller in person than I expected and I like it more for that.
Came in a proper slide-open box with a soft pad inside, not a padded envelope. I did not have to wrap anything.

If it is returned within 14 days, you will be refunded the price you paid; from day 15 to day 30, a 20% processing fee will be deducted. Exchanges (size, colour, style) carry no processing fee. Return shipping is at your expense, and personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects for life. It does not cover damage caused by misuse: chemicals, chlorine, bleach, knocks or pulling. Just email us with your order number.
