Once the order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us before placing a new order.
Payment methods and cards
You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card iDeal, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking or PayPal. The accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
All the prices are without VAT. The prices do not include the shipping cost.
The price of the shipment varies depending on the country.
Fees and taxes from your country may be applicable for countries outside of the EU. Please contact the customs office in your country to learn if there are any other charges.

Return & exchange
All private consumers have the right to return and/or exchange the order within 30 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only in the case that Brother & Sisters is notified within this period, and in the case the product and it’s original packaging can be returned to the same condition as when received.
To exercise your right and receive the necessary information, you must contact us. Specify your request and make sure to provide your order number.
Return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option. For the refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Brother & Sisters reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
If you would like to exchange your jewelry for another size (if it is not a customized size), simply send it back to us, unworn, and we will assist you by sending out the correct size. (You may be responsible for shipping costs of the new product being sent out.)
Our customized bracelets are handmade specifically to the size you ask, so we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange for a size problem.
Brother & Sisters does not handle returns and exchanges for Brother & Sisters products purchased outside of www.brother-and-sisters.com. Please contact the company where you purchased the Brother & Sisters product.
The warranty is valid one year from the date of the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors and quality problems. It is not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents.
Make sure you contact the Brother & Sisters support team as soon as the manufacturing error has been discovered (until 7 days after you discover it). When contacting the support service, please specify your full name, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. We also need a photo clearly showing the defect.

We are NOT responsible for unclaimed, lost or returned items due to an incorrect address provided for shipping. If, for example, you forgot to include your apartment number and the package is returned to us, we are charged for the return shipping. We have already incurred the cost to ship your product and to ship it back. If you would like your package resent, you must pay an additional fee (5€ for Standard Shipping and 15€ for Express Shipping) by PayPal and we will resend it right away.
