Amazing purchase and customer’s service The bracelets is so cute! I love it! I did have some problems with the shipping but that’s all because of the pandemic situation. Other than that, great customer’s service and experience! They were so helpful and sweet! They immediately took action when I contacted them, and said that my order was late. Then they explained why it took so long and helped me track my order as well. Super great company and totally trustworthy! I totally recommend and approve😊

Un bijou non personnalisé est préparé et expédié sous 48 à 72 h. Un bijou personnalisé demande en plus 3 à 5 jours ouvrés de fabrication. Dès l'envoi, vous recevez un numéro de suivi par e-mail.

Oui, la livraison est offerte sur toutes les commandes, partout dans le monde, avec suivi. Pour les commandes internationales, les droits et taxes sont inclus au moment du paiement : rien à payer à la livraison.

Vous avez 30 jours après réception pour renvoyer un bijou non porté, dans son écrin d'origine. Pour un retour sous 14 jours, le prix payé est remboursé ; du 15e au 30e jour, 20 % de frais de traitement sont déduits. L'échange (taille, couleur, modèle) se fait sans frais de traitement. Les frais de retour restent à votre charge, et les bijoux personnalisés ne sont pas repris, sauf défaut.
