Perfect My dad at the ripe age of almost 82 decided he wanted a tattoo in memory of my mum who’s just passed away, Whilst the sentiment was lovely he and more importantly she hated tattoos so his gesture was so not right for lots of reasons including his ill health … I found this bracelet so mum can be with him all the time he just needs to peak inside the bracelet and she’s there ❤️

The photo was nice inside however the bracelet keeps coming loose and doesn’t seem secure in the slightest and I paid £5 for the gift wrapping and it arrive looking horrendous. I tried emailing the email shown on the website and in my email confirmation and it said invalid email. No clue how to escalate it.
